Injectable Aesthetics is the brain child of many years of contemplating and trying to decide whether or not I wanted my own business. I have always loved the field of aesthetic medicine, and I had a wonderful career working for many physicians and surgeons over the years. Once I decided to take the leap in becoming a business owner, I had no idea where that would lead me. Here I am, almost 20 years later, with a 5000 sq foot free standing medical spa and am one of the only nurses in Oklahoma, as well as the nation, to have achieved something like Injectable Aesthetics.
My business has allowed me to meet many wonderful men and women, and I have patients that have been my patients for almost 20 years. I have had the joy of meeting new people, making new friends, and seeing people smile and feel happy when they look in the mirror. I have a career that I love, and one I strive to be the best at. For that I feel very blessed and I cant wait to see where the years take Injectable Aesthetics.

NATAUSHA SPEARS, RN, BS
OWNER/Nurse injector
Natausha Spears is an aesthetic nurse who has been in the cosmetic industry for the past 14 years. During that time, she has had the opportunity to work with several physicians and medical spa’s, learning and observing from some of the leading aesthetic physicians in the industry.
Natausha is currently an ACE certified speaker and trainer for Allergan (the maker of Botox). She also is a national educator and trainer for DentaSpa Seminars, as well as other nationally recognized cosmetic companies. Natausha travels all over the country, training multiple-specialty physicians and dentists, as well as physician assistants and nurses. She herself has performed more than 10,000 Botox procedures during her career in non-surgical aesthetics. She is a Board Member for the International Academy of Aesthetic Facial Academics (IAAFA), as well as a member of the Association of the Medical Esthetic Nurse, and the American Aesthetic Nursing Association.
Natausha graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Zoology, and then went on to continue her education in the field of nursing. Natausha is married to Dr. Josh Spears and they have two children, Hank and Blue Caroline. When she’s out of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading.
Dr. Heidi Metheny, DO
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Heidi Metheny, DO has been involved in the cosmetic industry since 2013. She graduated from Kansas City University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine and has been in practice for 14 years. She specialized in Emergency Medicine and became board certified in 2010. She is very involved in the academic aspect of medicine. Dr. Metheny teaches emergency medicine residents and also serves as the Clerkship Director for rotating medical students.
Dr. Metheny is married to Dr. Eric Metheny and they stay busy with their three boys Grant, Blake and Tyler. When her three boys aren’t keeping her busy, she enjoys the great outdoors. Her favorite outdoor activities are water-skiing and hiking the open trails in Colorado.
CRYSTAL DUKE
Certified Laser and Coolsculpting Technician
Crystal has been with Injectable Aesthetics for 2 years. She is no stranger to the medical aesthetic industry, having worked in the field of dermatology for 7 years prior to joining the IA team. Crystal uses her industry knowledge to provide not only a safe treatment, but also focuses on quality results for each patient.
Crystal’s favorite thing about working at Injectable Aesthetics is watching women enjoy the amazing results they get from the services provided at IA, and working with such a great team of women! When she’s out of the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her 3 beautiful daughters. She also loves playing sand volleyball!
BEONCA COUCH
Aesthetic Nurse
Beonca is an aesthetic nurse who lives in Central Oklahoma. She received her bachelor’s degree in Applied Technology from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2010 and began working in the aesthetic industry as a laser technician that same year. Shortly thereafter, she realized she loved the field of aesthetics, and decided to go back to school to complete her nursing degree so she could expand her medical aesthetic career.
Beonca has worked in several different medical spa’s throughout her career as an aesthetic nurse. She was able to learn from each opportunity that was presented to her and continued to further her knowledge by working in the field she has grown to love. Over the years she has expanded her knowledge to not only include lasers, but also neurotoxins and injectable dermal fillers. Since 2022, Beonca has been a part of the Injectable Aesthetics team in Oklahoma City, working along side Natausha Spears, RN, BS performing laser applications as well as Botox and dermal filler injections. She brings her love for technology as well as artistry to the Injectable Aesthetics practice, providing patients with a treatment that is both safe and effective. Beonca understands as science and technology improves, so does the medical aesthetic profession. Because of that, she continues to further her education through trainings and webinars. She believes you’re never really fully done learning, and continues to educate herself as new technology and treatments become available.
When Beonca isn’t working, she loves to travel. Her journey’s have taken her to Singapore, Italy, Japan, Thailand, Greece, South Africa, Ireland, and recently Iceland! When she isn’t traveling, she enjoys spending time with her two fur babies, Pomskies, named Zola and Sloan.
SOPHIA CAZES
Licensed medical aesthetician
Sophia specializes in individualized therapies for each patient’s skin, in order to help them achieve the results they desire. Her specialized serivces include medical microdermabrasion, acne treatments, and hydrating facials.
Sophia’s favorite thing about working at Injectable Aesthetics is the clients! She loves getting to learn something from each person who lays on her table. When she’s out of the office, she loves to shop and binge watch TV shows.
